i Introduction

Welcome to pak998. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pak998 platform, including the website at pak998.onl, the pak998 mobile application and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, bingo rooms and any promotional features.

By registering an account or by using any part of the pak998 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or use the platform.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, starting from PKR 500 for JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and mobile wallets, and PKR 1,000 for bank transfer and card payments. pak998 does not charge deposit fees. Deposit processing is instant for JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and cards.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–2 business days for standard accounts. VIP Silver tier and above receive priority processing. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible.

Verification: pak998 may require identity and payment verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawal requests. This is a standard security measure and is not intended to delay legitimate withdrawals unnecessarily.

• Deposits made with bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

• pak998 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
• Withdrawals to payment accounts not matching the depositing account will require additional verification.

3 Bonuses & Promotions

pak998 offers various bonuses, free bets, free bingo cards and promotional credits from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds. Standard wagering is 30x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a different multiplier. Wagering must be completed before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to your account and must be used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are removed automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address or device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times will result in bonus removal.

Casino: All casino games — slots, live dealer tables, bingo and other formats — use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer processes. • Bets placed after an event result is known will be voided.

5 Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities on pak998:

• Using software, bots, scripts or other automated tools to interact with the platform in a way not intended for regular human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches in games or betting markets — any winnings arising from such exploitation are not legitimate and will be removed.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account to another person.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or fraudulent financial activity.
• Collusion with other players during poker, live casino or any multiplayer game.
• Harassing, abusing or sending offensive messages to other players or pak998 staff via any platform feature including live chat or bingo chat rooms.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players or areas of the platform you are not authorised to access.

Breach of these conduct standards will result in account suspension, termination and potentially the forfeiture of balances, depending on the severity of the violation. pak998 reserves the right to report suspected fraud or criminal activity to relevant authorities.

6 Responsible Gaming
